What sort of business is Monster Detail?
We are an established online retail business who have been trading for well over a decade. We specialise in selling some of the highest quality car care and cycling products on the market.
Do you offer free UK delivery on all orders?
Yes, we don't believe in charging for delivery, so we don't. Unlike most of our competitors, we also don't have a minimum spend in order to get free delivery.
Will it take a long time for my order to arrive?
No, our free express delivery is fast and efficient, usually arriving within 1-3 working days.
Are you an approved reseller of the brands you sell?
Yes, we are proud to be authorised resellers of all the brands we sell.
Do you have any reviews I can look at?
Yes, please see Trustpilot and Yotpo for independent buyer reviews of our service and products respectively.
Can you deliver to countries outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering international shipping but we do offer free delivery to all UK addresses.
Do you accept returns?

Are you interested in stocking new brands?
We are always open-minded when it comes to stocking new products, so please get in touch with any suggestions or proposals.
What are you doing to be environmentally friendly?
We use biodegradable mailing bags, our jiffy bags are fully recyclable (and also made from partially recycled materials) and we recycle as much as possible. Green Oil is one of our top cycling brands and couldn't be more environmentally friendly with all of their products being PTFE free, biodegradable and made in Britain from recycled/recyclable materials.
