What sort of business is Monster Detail?
We are a trusted and established retail business and we've been trading for over 15 years. We specialise in selling some of the highest quality car care and cycling products on the market. We also stock a small range of handy DIY products.

Do you offer free UK delivery on all orders?
Yes, we don't believe in charging for delivery, so we don't. We also don't have any 'minimum spend' in order to get free delivery.

Will it take a long time for my order to arrive?
No, delivery is 'fast and free', with most orders arriving in 1-3 working days from the order date.

Are you an approved reseller of the brands you sell?
Yes, we are proud to be authorised resellers of all the brands we sell (including but not limited to: Dodo Juice, Seatylock, Green Oil, Scratch Shield, Crankalicious, Supernatural, Stjarnagloss, Token and PipeSnug).

Do you have any reviews I can look at before ordering?
Absolutely, please see our reviews page for independent buyer product reviews (collected by Yotpo) and also see our Trustpilot page for reviews customers have left regarding our overall service.

Can you deliver to countries outside of the UK?
We do not currently generally offer international shipping but we do offer free delivery to all UK addresses. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to make a specific request though and we'll see what we can do.

Are you interested in stocking new brands?
We are always open-minded when it comes to stocking new products, so please get in touch with any opportunities or recommendations.

Are are you doing anything to be enviromentally friendly?
We use biodegradable mailing bags, our jiffy bags are fully recyclable and made from partially recycled materials and we recycle/reuse as much as possible. Green Oil are one of our top cycling brands and all of their products are 100% biodegradable, PTFE free, and made in Britain from recycled and recyclable materials.
